Card payments only. Full payment is made upfront when you book, through Square's secure checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay through Square (all card-based). We do not accept cash or e-Transfer. Your spot is confirmed the moment your payment goes through, and you'll get a receipt with your order number by email.

Games in Gatineau, Kanata, Orléans, Barrhaven or outside central Ottawa add a flat $25 travel fee (once per booking; Season Pass: once per pass). Just pick the "Outside Ottawa" option when you book. If a booking outside Ottawa is made without the travel option, we'll send a $25 card payment link before the game.

A new family who books with an existing customer's order number, and the customer who referred them, each get a $10 refund to their original card after the new family's game is shot. One reward per new family. Referral discounts can't be combined with other offers, and Capital Sports Media may end the program at any time.

Pre-order prices apply when you book before the game. Orders placed up to 7 days after the game cost $10 more (Starter, Pro and All-Star only, since MVP is pre-order only). Games in Gatineau, Kanata, Orléans, Barrhaven or outside central Ottawa add a flat $25 travel fee (once per booking; Season Pass: once per pass). Prices may change, but your booked price never will.

Every athlete gets real attention, so we take a maximum of 3 individual athletes per game. Spots are first come, first served, and only confirmed once payment is received. If a game is full, we'll offer you another game or add you to the waitlist. Need more players covered? Book a Team package.

Reschedule free with 24+ hours notice. Cancel 48+ hours before the game for a full refund; under 48 hours, no refund but one free reschedule. No-shows (athlete not at the game, or we weren't told the game moved) are not refunded.

If the game is cancelled, postponed or moved by the league, your order moves to the rescheduled game, or you can ask for a full refund. If we have to cancel on our end, you get a full refund or a free move to another game, your choice.

We can't control playing time or how the game goes. You still get your package's full photo count, which may include warm-ups, bench moments, team shots and a portrait. Low playing time is not grounds for a refund.

Galleries are delivered within 72 hours of the game (48 hours for MVP), unless a holiday or emergency causes a delay, in which case we'll let you know. Galleries stay online for 30 days, so download your files. Re-sending an expired gallery costs $10.

Each package includes up to 3 small revision requests, such as a different crop or an extra touch-up on a photo you received. Each revision after that costs $10. Revisions don't include extra photos beyond your package count, re-shoots, or changes in editing style.

We choose and edit the best photos based on focus, action and quality. Unedited RAW photo files are not provided. Clips are delivered as described in your package.

We follow every venue's and league's photography rules. If a venue limits photography in a way that affects your package, we'll tell you as soon as possible and offer a partial refund or a move to another game.

Galleries are private. We never post a minor's photos publicly without written consent from their parent or guardian. Adults may opt out of having their photos used in our marketing. Photos are for personal use: share and print them freely, and please tag @capitalsportsmedia. Commercial use or resale needs written permission.

We're not responsible for missed moments caused by venue lighting, obstructed views, equipment failure or events outside our control. If there's a major problem with your coverage, you get a partial or full refund, at our discretion, up to the amount you paid.
