Capital Sports Media is run by Zaheim, an Ottawa dad and local business owner. Every shoot is handled by our own crew of local shooters and editors.

No. Lots of great Reels are "process" videos: food coming off the grill, a fade coming together, a car being polished. If you or your team want to speak on camera, we'll coach you through it.
We deliver finished videos with suggested captions and a posting calendar (Growth and Signature) so you or your team can post in a few minutes. Posting and replying to comments aren't included.
Once your month is paid, you can use the finished videos on your social media, website, email and ads, for as long as you like. We keep the raw footage and may show finished videos in our portfolio after you've posted them, unless you ask us not to.
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice (email is fine). There's a simple one-page agreement so we're both clear on what's included.
You pay each month in advance by card through a secure Square invoice. You can save your card for automatic monthly payment. Shoots are booked once payment goes through.
Reschedule free with at least 48 hours' notice. With less notice, or if the space isn't ready, the shoot counts as used for that month. We'll still do our best to fit in a shorter make-up session.
Each video includes one round of revisions (two on Signature), covering things like captions, music, trims and order. Brand-new concepts or reshoots go into next month's shoot.
Yes. Shoots in Gatineau, Kanata, Orléans, Barrhaven or outside central Ottawa add a flat $25 travel fee per shoot.
Monthly fees are paid upfront by card through Square invoicing before that month's shoot. Unused shoot time and videos don't roll over to the next month. Prices are in CAD; HST is added only if applicable.
Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. You'll still get the shoot and videos for any month you've paid for.
Finished videos are yours to use for your own business on any channel, including paid ads, once paid. Trending in-app sounds may only be cleared for organic posts on that platform. For ads, we'll swap in properly licensed audio.
We get a signed release from anyone recognizable on camera. We never film customers without their OK, and we never show children without written parent consent.
We make strong, consistent content, but no one can promise views, followers or sales. We'll share what's working and adjust each month.
